✔ You’re asleep: No, you’re not. You’re just in a relaxing trance state.
✔ You’re not conscious: Yes; you’re conscious. You’re just in a different brain wave state: theta, where your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions.
✔ Someone can take over your mind. Not true. You won’t, ethically or morally, do anything your subconscious mind doesn’t want to do.
✔ You may not be able to get out of a trance. Not true. You can move your body and get yourself out of the trance.
